SOCIAL MEDIA PRIVACY POLICY

1. INFORMATION FOR THE USER

Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

CUARTA CORPORACIÓN INMOBILIARIA, SAU, hereinafter referred to as the CONTROLLER, informs the USER that it has created profiles on the social networks Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo and Google+, and is responsible for the processing of the user's personal data carried out through these social networks. The user is informed that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), for which the following information regarding the processing is provided:

Why do we process your personal data?

Purpose of processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and the CONTROLLER, which may include the following activities:

- Processing requests and enquiries submitted to the controller
- Providing information about activities and events organised by the controller
- Providing information about products or services offered by the controller
- Interacting through official profiles

Why are we allowed to process your personal data?

Legal basis for processing: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, whereby the data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. The USER has a profile on the same social network and has decided to join the CONTROLLER's social network, thereby showing interest in the information published there. Consequently, when requesting to follow our official profiles, the USER provides consent for the processing of the personal data published on their profile.

The USER may access the privacy policies of the social network at any time and configure their profile settings to ensure their privacy.

The CONTROLLER has access to and processes the USER's public information, particularly the contact name. Such data are only used within the social network itself and will only be incorporated into a file belonging to the CONTROLLER when necessary to process the USER's request.

How long will we keep your personal data?

Data retention criteria: data will be retained until the USER withdraws the consent granted, as indicated in this privacy policy.

To whom do we disclose your personal data?

Data disclosure: the information provided by the USER through the CONTROLLER's social networks, including personal data, may be published depending on the services used by the USER and may therefore be publicly available to other users of the social networks. From the profile settings of each social network, the USER may decide which information is made public in each case, review the permissions granted, remove them or disable them, as well as any third-party application that is no longer required.

No disclosure of personal data to third parties outside the social network is envisaged unless it is essential for the development and implementation of the processing purposes, in which case data may be shared with our communication-related service providers, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing agreements required under current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

User rights: these rights may only be exercised with regard to information under the control of the CONTROLLER.

- Right to withdraw consent at any time
- Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of data, and to restriction of or objection to processing
- Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe that the processing does not comply with current regulations

3. POSTS

Once the USER becomes a follower of or joins the CONTROLLER's social network, they may publish comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the network. In all cases, the USER must be the owner of the published content, hold the relevant copyright and intellectual property rights, or have obtained the consent of the affected third parties.

Any publication on the social network, including texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that violates or may violate morality, ethics, good taste or decency, and/or infringes or breaches intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights or the law, is expressly prohibited. In such cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately remove the content without prior notice and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.

The CONTROLLER shall not be responsible for content freely published by a USER.

The USER should be aware that their posts may be viewed by other users and is therefore primarily responsible for their own privacy.

Images published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the CONTROLLER; however, they will remain on the social network.

4. DATA OF MINORS OR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL CAPACITIES

Access to and registration through the CONTROLLER's social networks is prohibited for children under the age of 14. If the USER has special capacities, the intervention of the holder of parental authority or guardianship, or of their legal representative by means of a valid document proving such representation, will be required.

The CONTROLLER shall be expressly exempt from any liability arising from the use of social networks by minors or persons with special capacities. The CONTROLLER's social networks do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors; therefore, if the USER is a minor, they must not register with or use the CONTROLLER's social networks, nor provide any personal information.
